Just Housing Academy offers specialist training for tenants, residents and staff in the housing sector.
We are a Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) accredited centre specialising in bespoke training to address organisational needs. We offer assessed and non-assessed courses, and in many cases can match your training needs to a CIH qualification.
Putting residents at the heart of services
We can equip tenants and residents with the skills to become a:
Resident inspector
Mystery shopper
Contractor panel member
Complaint panel member
Scrutiny panel member.
These courses can enable residents to gain either the CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing practice, or Level 3 Award in Resident Scrutiny. We can design personal development training around the roles you offer residents, including a CIH qualification.
We also offer our resident training courses as short non-accredited taster courses - these deliver skills and knowledge, but also encourage residents to go on to take a CIH accredited course.
For staff, we can design accredited courses which address organisational needs and priorities, and enable individuals to progress their careers with the CIH Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate.
