Just Housing's senior managers are at the forefront of their areas of expertise, and have proven experience of delivering high quality services.
Kevin McCarthy is Executive Chairman of the Just Group with responsibility for corporate governance and strategic management. He has a 30 year track record of working in the social housing construction market with an equal mix of public and private sector service experience in senior roles, spanning development, refurbishment and repairs and maintenance. He has successfully delivered social housing PFI contracts and DLO transformation projects.
Paul Cresswell is responsible for Just Housing's membership and income management service. He was chairman and chief executive of a number of blue chip technology companies, including AT&T Solutions and Aon Managed Services. His areas of expertise include finance, construction, insurance, telecommunications, IT and government.
Keith Simpson is Just Housing's Business Development Director. He has been active in the social housing sector for over 40 years, and is co-author of the National Housing Federation's popular 'Best Practice in Maintenance' publication. Keith is the founder and Chair of the Direct Works Forum, and is a staunch advocate of genuine partnering.
Emma Barnes leads on the development of Just Energy LLP. She has a wealth of experience with over ten years of working in the social housing sector with Pinnacle, where she was Commercial Director of Operations. More recently, she has worked as a consultant and interim manager for local authorities and social landlords.
Graham Coupar is an associate of Just Housing. He has substantial experience of working within the social housing sector as a consultant, advising on strategic asset management issues. He has personally led some of the housing sector's biggest procurement projects and is a regular speaker at national conferences. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Chartered Project Management Surveyor and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Sean Taylor is responsible for Just Income Management LLP. He has over 20 years experience in income management, and was Director of Income Management with Stadium Housing Association until 2008. He is passionate about what he does, and has introduced new techniques to income management to improve efficiency and free up resources.
Giuseppe Coia is the practice manager of Tindall Davies LLP. He has knowledge and experience in both the private and the public sector construction, and building and maintenance industry. He has headed Direct Labour Organisations, Technical Consultancies, and Repairs and Capital Works Client Teams. His particular expertise is life cycle asset management, procurement, repairs and effective partnering. He is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Amala Corera is the Commercial Director and company secretary of the Just Group with responsibility for all the financial and commercial aspects of the organisation. She started her career as an agency temp, but soon worked her way up to running the accounts department of a major company. She then went on to be in charge of the finances of a 30 year £100m social housing PFI contract. In between her two roles she is studying to qualify as a CIMA accountant.
Chris Culleton is Managing Director of Just Housing with responsibility for growing the business. He has worked in the Social Housing sector for over 25 years, covering all aspects of Repairs and Maintenance. Chris started from a trade background and is now working at Director level for local authorities, HA’s and major contractors all over the country. He has worked with clients in transforming and improving services. He has held roles in senior management both as an interim and as a consultant.

Jan Taranczuk leads on justaskus. With more than 40 years experience in housing, Jan has worked in local authorities, housing associations and the private sector. Since retiring as Greenwich Council's Assistant Director of Housing, he has provided senior management support to a number of major housing providers across the country. He played a leading role in the creation of consortia managing the Housing PFIs in Canning Town and Brockley in London. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
