Team hits targets
Just Housing is commended by Sentinel Housing Association for helping its in-house team meet targets and increase customer satisfaction in last four months.
Val Bagnall, the Customer Services Director of Sentinel Housing Association has today (8 January) sent a glowing New Year message to directors Kevin McCarthy, Keith Simpson and John Pridmore praising the team for successfully bringing their repairs and maintenance team in-house. He wrote:
"As 2013 ushers itself in, I note my terrible oversight in not formally thanking all at Just Housing for the great work and assistance given to us in establishing Sentinel Home Team. The feat is all the more remarkable given the short timeline we had in achieving this. I was just this morning reflecting on the performance data of the first four months, which is impressive with the service hitting all its key targets for the period and with a significant increase in customer satisfaction. Teething problems have been manageable and morale amongst the operative and overall team is very good. Thank you for framing and helping build this excellent service division.
