Create a winning team
With the support of Just Housing, PG React, the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) for Parkway Green Housing Trust, won the 'Best DLO' award at the National Housing Maintenance Forum Conference in January 2012.
Just Housing help set up the DLO when staff were transferred from Manchester City Council. It worked with the Trust to produce a business plan, procure materials, IT, vehicles, advise on terms and conditions, and put together a service plan for improvements.
PG React was officially launched in July 2008, and since then has continuously improved through the commitment of its dedicated repairs staff and with the continued support of Just Housing.
