Cheaper rent arrears collection
Just Income Management (JIM) has cut the cost of the collection of rent arrears by launching a new ‘Shared Service’ scheme where landlords pool their costs.
JIM specialises in 'out of hours' arrears collection on behalf of local authority
landlords and housing associations.
Under the new scheme, two to five clients can share the same service level agreement
with the number of service hours increasing as each client joins.
